NEMCC Adult Education announces Tishomingo Class

BOONEVILLE, Miss. (08/21/2024) — Northeast Mississippi Community College (NEMCC) Adult Education Department is heading to Tishomingo County with its latest addition of classes aimed at helping students obtain their high school equivalency degrees.

Starting September 4, classes will be offered at 12 Natchez Street in Tishomingo on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Northeast's Tishomingo County offering is designed to support adults seeking to earn their high school equivalency diploma.

Whether pursuing new career opportunities or personal goals, students will find a supportive environment tailored to their educational journey.

Individuals aged 16 or 17 should call 662-720-7184 after submitting their registration, as additional requirements apply for 16-year-olds prior to the first day of class.

Northeast's Adult Education office is located on the college's Booneville campus and is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon (12 p.m.).
