NEMCC CONTINUING EDUCATION TO OFFER RADIOLOGY WORKSHOP FOR DENTAL ASSISTANTS
BOONEVILLE, Miss. -- (07/15/2020) — Northeast Mississippi Community College's Office of Continuing Education is offering a Radiology Workshop for Dental Assistants on Saturday, July 18 on the fourth floor of Childers Hall in Booneville.
Northeast's Radiology Workshop for Dental Assistants is a certificate program for dental assistants and helps to not only train but to certify individuals to take radiographs in a dental office. The Mississippi State Board of Dental Examiners regulates this program.
Cost for the workshop is $150 and runs from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and includes not only lecture but skills lab time.
Workshops are limited to just 10 (ten) participants per workshop and enrollment will be accepted on a first-come, first-pay basis.
For those that cannot make the Saturday, July 18 workshop, other workshop dates during 2020 include Saturday, August 15; Saturday, September 19; Saturday, October 17; Saturday, November 14 and Saturday, December 12.
