NEMCC offers ACT Prep Workshops to help students improve scores and scholarship opportunities

BOONEVILLE, Miss. -- (11/18/2024) — Northeast Mississippi Community College's Office of Continuing Education is offering area students an opportunity to boost their ACT scores and increase their chances of earning more scholarship money with a series of upcoming ACT Prep Workshops.

These workshops are designed to enhance students' test-taking skills, provide strategies for tackling the exam, and help reduce test-day anxiety.

ACT Prep Workshops are scheduled to take place on the following dates:

• December 7, 2024 (Registration deadline: December 3, 2024)
• February 1, 2025 (Registration deadline: January 28, 2025)
• March 29, 2025 (Registration deadline: March 25, 2025)
• June 12, 2025 (Registration deadline: June 9, 2025)
• July 10, 2025 (Registration deadline: July 7, 2025)

Each workshop is a comprehensive, all-day session that costs $45 and will be held on the Booneville campus in Holliday Hall.

Students attending these workshops will benefit from focused skills analysis, valuable test-taking tips, and practical exam strategies. These sessions aim to broaden students' knowledge of the ACT.
