NEMCC PTK offers last chance cheese sale, proceeds benefit College and Chapter projects

BOONEVILLE, Miss. -- (10/21/2024) — Northeast Mississippi Community College's Iota Zeta chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) honor society is offering a final opportunity to participate in its annual cheese fundraiser, with proceeds going toward the organization's College Project and other chapter projects for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Northeast's Iota Zeta chapter's 2024-2025 College Project focuses on renovations to the Eula Dees Memorial Library, a central campus resource that impacts both current and future students.

For those interested in supporting the honor society, the Iota Zeta chapter is offering two-pound blocks of high-quality cheese in three varieties: mild, sharp, and extra sharp.

Each block is available for purchase at $15.

Orders must be placed by Tuesday, October 22, with all proceeds contributing to the library renovation initiative.

Renovation plans for the Eula Dees Memorial Library include enhanced study areas, updated technology, and more collaborative spaces designed to benefit the student community for years to come.

For more information on the cheese fundraiser or to place an order, contact the Iota Zeta chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at neptk@nemcc.edu or reach out directly to Robbie Rogers Coleman Jones at rrcoleman@nemcc.edu
