NEMCC to remain closed through Tuesday, February 3, 2026
Officials will continue to monitor conditions and additional updates will be provided on Tuesday
BOONEVILLE, Miss. - (02/01/2026) — Due to ongoing power outages, limited water service, internet disruptions, and hazardous travel conditions impacting many students and employees, Northeast Mississippi Community College will remain closed through Tuesday, February 3.
Conditions will continue to be monitored, and an additional update will be provided on Tuesday, February 3.
The campus will remain open for faculty and students who need access to internet services or wish to prepare for upcoming classes.
