NEMCC Campus Country sets 2024-2025 Showtime dates
Campus Country will hold four Showtimes during the academic year plus a show at the end of its Camp Week in August
BOONEVILLE, Miss. (07/30/2024) — Northeast Mississippi Community College's Campus Country has announced its Showtime dates for the 2024-2025 season, promising an exciting lineup of performances for fans.
Campus Country showcases the talents of students through energetic and engaging performances. Known for its blend of country, pop, and rock music, the ensemble offers students a platform to develop their musical skills and entertain audiences.
Campus Country's 2024-2025 Showtime season will feature two Showtimes during the fall 2024 semester and two during the spring 2025 semester.
In addition to these performances, Campus Country will provide a sneak peek into the organization on August 15 at 6 p.m. in the Hines Hall Auditorium as part of the ensemble's Camp Week wrap-up.
Northeast's first Showtime of the season is scheduled for Thursday, September 12, less than a month after students return to classes on August 19.
A second fall performance will take place on Thursday, November 14, just eight weeks later, also in the Hines Hall Auditorium.
As the spring 2025 semester kicks off, Campus Country will quickly return to the stage with its third Showtime on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
Auditions for prospective members are set for Saturday, April 5, 2025, providing an opportunity for new talent to join the group.
Campus Country's performance season will conclude with a final Showtime on Thursday, April 10, 2025, which will serve as a sendoff for members moving on to new endeavors and feature a special sophomore acoustic performance prior to the main show.
All performances will be held in the Hines Hall Auditorium, with the curtain rising at 7 p.m.
For those unable to attend in person, the Showtimes will be available via live stream on the college's channel, NEMCCTV.com.
