NEMCC PTK brings back ever-popular cheese sale
After a three-year hiatus, orders are now open until September 28
BOONEVILLE, Miss. (09/20/2023) — After three years on the shelf, the Iota Zeta chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society at Northeast Mississippi Community College is bringing back its ever-popular cheese sale.
As one of the club's best fund-raisers, the honor society is offering cheese enthusiasts a chance to indulge in three distinct types of two-pound blocks of Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese.
Orders are now being taken for three options - mild, sharp, and Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese.
Mild and sharp varieties are priced at $12, while the Extra Sharp option is available for $13 with the sales price of each two-pound block including tax.
All proceeds from the cheese sales will go towards supporting the operations and projects of the Iota Zeta chapter at Northeast.
Those who prefer to pay by check can make their checks payable to the NEMCC Development Foundation.
To secure a block or multiple blocks of cheese, interested individuals can reach out to any Phi Theta Kappa member at the college.
Deadline to place an order is September 28.
