NEMCC to offer Enhanced Concealed Carry Endorsement Training course
BOONEVILLE, Miss. (08/08/2024) — Northeast Mississippi Community College's Office of Continuing Education has announced an Enhanced Concealed Carry Endorsement Training Course for Saturday, August 10, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Holliday Hall on the college's Booneville campus.
With some of the activities for the course taking place outdoors, the course is tentative for Saturday with weather permitting.
Northeast's Enhanced Concealed Carry Endorsement Training Course is designed for individuals seeking to enhance their concealed carry knowledge and skills.
"We are committed to providing high-quality education and training for our community," said Phyllis Colson, director of continuing education at Northeast. "This course is an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain essential knowledge and skills for responsible firearm handling and concealed carry."
Led by state-certified instructors the course provides participants with in-depth education on various aspects of firearm handling and safety.
Participants will need to bring the following items:
- Handgun or pistol
- Ear and eye protection
- Belt-style holster and belt
- Minimum of 125 rounds of ammunition
Priced at $80, the all-day training covers a wide range of topics.
